1. Event Operations: To generate your entry badge, process your registration, and manage event logistics.

GETEX is an international event.

Your visitor badge contains a QR code/Barcode linked to the data you provided during registration.

• By allowing an exhibitor to scan your badge, you are providing explicit consent for GETEX to transfer your contact details to that exhibitor.

• The exhibitor becomes a separate “Data Controller” of that information and may contact you subject to their own privacy policies.
